Online check-in conditions
You are flying on a Pyramids Airlines (PA) operated flight
No more than 48 hours and no less than 2 hours before departure
* 4 hours for certain international routes departing from Egypt
Your e-ticket has been issued and payment is confirmed
You hold a valid passport or national ID for all passengers on the booking
You are not travelling with live animals, weapons, or oversized baggage in the cabin
You do not require special assistance — accompanying a PRM passenger, unaccompanied minor service, or similar

How do I check in online?
Step 1
Search for your booking
Enter your booking reference and family name exactly as shown on your reservation. You can also retrieve the trip using your e-ticket number where supported.
Step 2
Confirm eligibility & select flights
Choose the passenger and sector eligible for online check-in. Some airports, document checks, or special service requests may require airport counter processing.
Step 3
Choose your seat
Select from the available seat map if your fare or service includes seat selection. Exit-row and extra-legroom seats may be subject to eligibility rules.
Step 4
Receive your boarding pass
Download, save, print, or send the boarding pass to your mobile device. Keep it accessible for security screening and boarding at the gate.

Mobile boarding pass
At supported airports, it is sufficient to present your boarding pass on the screen of your portable device — no printing needed. This applies at pre-flight inspection, passport control, boarding, and on board.
It is recommended to:
Save the boarding pass to your device in case there is no internet connection.
Ensure your device is fully charged before heading to the airport.
For all other airports, we recommend confirming mobile pass acceptance with the departure airport’s information service.

Important information
Upon arriving at the airport, passengers must present all baggage, cabin bags, and personal items for weighing and registration, even after online check-in is complete.
Even when checked in online, allow sufficient time for security screening and, for international flights, customs and passport control. We recommend arriving at least 3 hours before departure.
If you wish to change or return your ticket after online check-in, contact our reservations centre at least 40 minutes before departure.
For flight safety, Pyramids Airlines reserves the right to change your assigned seat onboard if the captain so instructs.
After check-in for flights departing from certain foreign airports, you may receive a notification requiring you to collect a standard boarding pass at the airport counter.
Passengers on Lite Economy and Optimum Economy tariffs may access online check-in only through the Seat Selection service. Learn more about Seat Selection →
There is no online check-in available for codeshare or partner airline tickets issued outside of Pyramids Airlines.
Where is online check-in not available?
Online check-in is not available for flights departing from the following countries and airports. If your flight originates from one of these locations, please check in at the airport desk or self-service kiosk.
